Immersive

Meditation does not have to be still and silent. We will explore methods such as mantra chanting and incorporating mudras (hand gestures) into your meditation. These techniques are highly effective in centering your mind.

Specialized

To go even deeper into your practice, you will learn specialized techniques including Trataka, visualization, and meditating with mala beads. At the end of the course, you will reflect on the techniques and design your own practice.
